DIVERSE OPTIONS
Santo Grau has options of cachaça for all tastes. With several options among the white, reserve and special cachaça lines, our cachaças go well from being served pure, chilled or on ice, to serving as a base for classic drinks revisited such as the Negroni, Whiskey Sour or Bloody Mary. Passing, of course, through the classic and traditional caipirinha, which includes versions of diverse colors and flavors.
NEW CLASSICS SANTO GRAU
To continue valuing the cachaça of the best small mills and explore the diversity of our labels, we joined the Bar Original, one of the most traditional paulista bars, for a joint challenge: recreating classic drinks from the cocktail world with Santo Grau cachaça. Thanks to the diversity of our portfolio, it was possible to balance and harmonize perfectly with the famous classic drinks.

Frajola Souza, who was a bartender for Astor e Subastor at the time, was responsible for the cocktail menu. The choice of original drinks – world classics with success in Brazil – was the starting point for making each drink. Whiskey Sour, Negroni, Bloody Mary, Mojito, Gin Tonic, Moscow Mule, Manhattan and French 75 all had their bases replaced by cachaça and gave rise to #NovosClássicos. The diversity of Santo Grau’s portfolio was the key to the success of the menu. While a cachaçalike the Solera Cinco Botas, aged in oak barrels that stored Jerez wines perfectly replaced whiskey in the classic Whiskey Sour and Manhattan, the Santo Grau Colonel Xavier Chaves – a cachaça pure and uninfluenced by wood, fulfilled the role of vodka featured in the classic Bloody Mary.
